Note: When testing the machine, the output transformer must be connected with a horn or resistor as a load. The no-load test is very easy to burn the transformer. This kind of burning is not guaranteed.

All the output transformers in this shop are wound by a fully automatic CNC numerical control cable machine. (The individually customized models are wound by hand) in order to meet the requirements of audio transformers with good frequency response characteristics of high audio frequency segments. The leakage inductance and distributed capacitance of the wound wire package are minimized as much as possible. For this production process, we use a layered segment and multi-wire shunt winding method for the primary side package to reduce the leakage inductance of the transformer and Distributed capacitance. All transformers are paired before the test and the error is guaranteed within 5%.
